The property is airy, spacious and is built on a land of 1,200 m². Nearby shops: bakery, pizzeria, restaurant and market (all in the same street as the house). Entertainments close to the house: Praia do Guaraú, 3 minutes away, Rio Guaraú, 10 minutes away and waterfalls where fun is guaranteed; you can rent kayaks, stand up peddle, boats, schooners, jet skys, banana boats. For those who don't want to spend a lot, you can opt for fishing, hiking and bird watching and exotic plants. Anyway, lots of nature with clean waters suitable for bathing.
