When we checked in at night, there was a key and a sheet of instructions on the desk apparently that’s how they did it for everybody as there were many sheets and keys on the desk. So did not see anybody. We did find our room it was very, very dark with one window that had a broken shade over it. There was no place to put luggage. Absolutely no view. There was a doorthat couldn’t be opened to go outside to the Jacuzzi, which was broken.
We were told in this cover letter not to adjust anything as far as temperature, but our room got down to 61°. Bare floor and we were freezing when we did call for help, they did respond and it warmed up 5°. The toilet was dirty under the rim and I did get somebody who finally came and cleaned it. We literally only saw the two people/ managers for maybe a total of 10 minutes during our three nights stay. There is a shower inside of the bathtub inside of the room right next to the bed and you have to crawl over the bath base which is about 8 - 12 inches wide and not easy to step in and out of and there’s no handrails of any kind.
We stayed because I had prepaid two nights and the bed was comfortable. Again, I think the rooms on the main floor and top floors probably had a nice view and a sunny window. That probably would’ve made a huge difference in my opinion of this place.No housekeeping of any kind. There were some extra towels and toilet paper on a stand in the hallway between room so we could get that. Most disappointing.
