Situated approx. 35km from Perth CBD and is only a few minutes' walk from the train station, main freeway and bus links. With a vast variety of shops and facilities on the doorstep.

The house is located with everything you need in Clarkson for your stay. The house offers all the usual facilities including 5G unlimited Wi-Fi, Sony smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. Directly opposite the house is a small park and grass area great for the kids. The house is positioned in a quite area away with minimal noise and traffic
