Relaxing is easy in this calm, stylish space with an internal courtyard and backyard surrounded by greenery with barbecue oven and fire-pit.
There is a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, two double bedrooms in their own separate wing, and a single bed/office conveniently located at the front of the house.
Located on a quiet cul de sac beside a leafy park, it's a 5-minute drive to stunning Sorrento Beach and the fabulous F&B options of Hillarys Boat Harbour and Whitford Shopping Centre.
There is quick access to bus stops and Greenwood Station. There is also a small local shopping centre 5 minutes walk away with a supermarket (open 6am to 9pm daily) and other conveniences.
