This cosy home has been recently renovated and features a large open-plan living space with reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. There is a dining table for 6, a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, and a fully equipped full-size kitchen with a stovetop oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The separate laundry area has a washing machine for your convenience.
The home features a main room with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and built-in robe. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and is accessed through the 3rd bedroom which has a single bed that can be converted to a king for extra guests at the rate of $30 per person per guest. Please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary linen and have it prepared for your arrival.
Outside there is a large covered outdoor area perfect for entertaining. The garage has two car parking spaces and there is room in the driveway to park.
Enjoy a relaxing and private stay with everything you need for both short and longer trips. Close to the local supermarket, bottle store, and pharmacy and just a 10-15 minute drive to South Beach and the heart of Fremantle.
