Immaculate timber flooring and exposed red brick that lend themselves to a vision of coastal luxury with a New York loft feel, nestled within Fremantle coastal line. Downstairs’s open plan living consists of 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 bunk bed), a modern bathroom and full culinary kitchen. The bi-fold doors connect the living room to the tranquil outside oasis where you can sit on the deck under the alfresco or on the lawn and enjoy the sunshine and listen to the birds. The beautifully handcrafted spiral staircase leads to the upstairs loft which contains the amazing main bedroom with a luxe bathroom and private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. In the other newly renovated bedroom (queen size) you can lay and watch the stars.
