The parking area is full of potholes. The toilet was on an angle. The lift required a card every time you use it rather than only on the ground floor.

Trash was left under the beds, two of the beds had incorrect mattress sizes, a third bed was collapsing due to missing supports. It was a split level room. The Aircon / heatingwas upstairs and the heat was not able to reach the master bedroom downstairs and trying to balance the heat that accumulated upstairs just made my children overheat and sweat while we froze under multiple blankets and we’re still cold gaps in the balcony doors allowed the code in and couldn’t be rectified . One sliding door was falling apart. I was just bracketed together in place. We stayed here a couple times over the past few years but has really degraded since we stayed here. Last the sauna is now also unavailable.

It was like stepping back into the 80s. The rooms need a serious makeover. The bed was terrible!! 2 single beds pushed together however 1bed sort of firm the other sagging and uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very dated, stained carpet, ancient aircon, bed with visible depressions, Minimal furniture etc Great indoor pool for kids, but the noise carried into our room on second floor.

The images of the hotel appear appealing on the website. The reception area and entrance are well-presented; however, the rooms are, quite frankly, dreadful. There is a door connecting two separate rooms. The room was filthy and had an unpleasant odor. I checked in and subsequently checked out within 10 minutes. I had paid for a three-day stay but am only receiving a refund for one day, which is still being processed. The room category was akin to a budget accommodation.

Hotel is dated. Room had many maintenance issues and was unclean in areas. Black mold in bathroom. King bed was 2 singles. Shower was damaged with bad pressure, water was nice n hot though. Chair missing screws. Light switch falling out. Balcony sliding door wouldn't close properly when locked. Staff informed informed me they would follow up, no contact to date ( a week later).
