Smaller than expected

The property was a lot smaller than the photos show, queen bed and single bed, not double as stated. The bed is a pull out double but the room isn't big enough to do that. The beds were comfy though. No electric clothes dryer only an airer. Handy location to the hospital which is what we needed but I feel it is overpriced for what it is. You may want to consider putting a blind at the kitchen window so people walking down the alley can't be looking in. A few items in the cupboard like rubbish bags, fresh dish cloth and tea towels. I'm guessing this is a fairly new listing so a few little improvements are needed.
