The guy at check in was more worried about if we were traveling with a pet than being friendly. They charged us a $2 safe fee that we didn’t even use. I booked Expedia and then put a card for incidentals, we’ll see if they charge the correct card at check out. The beds were small, hard and only had 2 pillows on it. It was a horrid night of sleep. Breakfast was less than subpar. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt bread. If you’re not expecting much and can sleep anywhere, this place may be for you. My family and I did not have a pleasant experience or a restful nights sleep.

Rude staff. They lock you out after 11pm. I showed up at 11:12pm and they wouldn’t help me until 11:30pm. I would’ve left but I paid for it online already. Terrible experience!!!

This is definitely a low budget hotel - very basic breakfast, low quality linens, etc. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on and a pillow and comforter had to be requested to use it. When we checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet (or maybe someone was still staying in?). They were able to give us a different room. The second day our hotel keys quit working. We tried to use the jetted tub, and the switch for the jets was stuck in the “on” position - we could not turn it off, and water sprayed everywhere. There were red sticky jewels on the carpet when we arrived, no idea what those were from. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the accommodations were not what I hoped for.

When we first arrived checkin was easy and the front checkout guy was nice. Once we got to our room we noticed a weird smell throughout the whole hotel. We tried to hook up to wifi but couldn't and was told to call an (888) number and the front desk couldn't help. Finally got the Internet to work after about an hour and I was able to finish working. When walking around the room we noticed the floor has big lint pieces, leaves and we even found a toenail in the carpet. The sink drain in the bar wouldn't drain and the shower when using it had a high pitch squeal while turned on. The bedding was very thin and the breakfast was ok but very very limited. Parking was nice and they have cameras everywhere. We were able to park our trailer in line of one as a just in case. Honestly if it wasn't so late and we wouldn't have been so tired I would have don't what I could to change our reservation and find a different hotel. Was definitely not impressed.

It was an average Hotel at best. The soda machine on our floor was completely out. The room was hot, and the cold air did not work. Only the heat and fan. The pillows on the bed are small. The TV was super dirty. I also called the front desk 10 times to get the wifi password and got no answer.

In area for youth soccer. Arrived back at hotel to shower and sleep, shower would not work. Front desk had a hard time accommodating or finding solution. Gave me a room with 1 bed for 3 people and no pull out couch. Later said they could try to find a roll away bed for room. Took an hour and was 1am by the end of it. They had single rooms available but would not let us have 2 as a late night solution even though we had their king suite with separate bedroom. Ridiculous

The tv is small. the plug behind the nightstand is wore out and does not hold a plug for charging phone. the reach in fridge was way off level. the carpets seemed to need a good cleaning the bed spreads are scratchy. the luggage carts are a bit outdated.
