Rooms were dirty. Sink tap was opposite cold/hot. Dirty carpet House cleaner and maintenance guy were smoking pot in the car in the am as we were loading the car. Perhaps that’s why the taps are reversed and grime on walls?

The room was nice but I Was NOT given the room I ordered. My kids were so tired because th guy at front desk said he would have to see if I could get the I paid for if there was one available. The internet wouldn’t work called front desk- no help. The ac didn’t work I called the front desk again and the guy was very irritated with me. We made the best of the situation. But won’t stay here again.

We have stayed here before. Really like that they don’t allow animals. I understand that many Veterans need support animals however, I don't think any other pets should be allowed. There are individuals that are allergic to dogs and cats so so they have to suffer.
