Our room never got cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and I know both of the first two mornings we would have liked it clean we didn’t leave the room until 11 or 1130 but we were on vacation and I felt that should have been accommodated. Obviously the third morning didn’t matter because we left. Our room was nice enough but it was very noisy with slamming doors and such. It was by the stairs though. Other than those issues it’s a nice place and the beds were comfortable and the ocean view from our balcony was great.

Property was very nice. Gorgeous view of the beach from balcony. I stayed in a one bedroom suite. Had a great stay no issues. Would highly recommend!

A weekend at the beach

When I went downstairs to the breakfast bar, I ordered some donuts. When I gave her the money to pay, she said she didn't have enough change and would have to owe me the rest. I went to get a couple of sodas out of the cooler and was told I had to pay at the front desk. I walked over to pay and the person on duty was on the phone. I waited quite a while and finally offered her my money for them. She didn't have change to give me the difference in what it cost and what I gave her either. Just purely pathetic. How do you run a business in the service industry like that.

We upgraded to a suite, it did not disappoint. Very nice remodel, super comfortable beds and the kitchen was perfect! Bathroom was very clean and bright. Nice walk-in shower too! Housekeeping was great once they finally came, on day three of our trip. We called them twice then went to the front desk the next morning to ask. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign out, but once they came they came every day so it was fine. Check in was fine, quick. Pool was clean and nice, with hot tub. Two boardwalks to the beach and beach umbrellas for rent if you didn’t bring one. They are already setup on the beach daily, you can charge it to your room with the concierge on the beach. He was friendly as well and got our seats reserved and signed for very quickly! Overall great experience!

Stay was good overall. The only surprise is they charge 10 dollars a day to park your car that was not disclosed in hotels.com "all inclusive" price.

The staff was great! My sons room smelled like urine when he turned on the AC system. The staff immediately switched his room to a suite. The place has wonderful views and we really enjoyed our stay.
