The room was very clean and spacious. The A/C and heat was very easy to control and worked very well. The view of ocean was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lady was rude checking me in gave me the wrong reservation which cost me a hundred more dollars after I said that wasn’t right .wouldn’t give me a receipt!! However every thing turned out to be okay but still haven’t figured out how the reservation got so messed up !! After years of staying here I probably won’t stay here anymore not that anything was wrong with the room it was great, perfect spot on the beach !! . The manners of the lady checking me in was horrible!!!!! She obviously doesn’t understand that they are the face of the hotel !!!

Tv kept not working, outlets were rigged so that 6 things could be plugged into one outlet. Front desk service was horible. We asked for pool towels 3 times over a 2 hour span. No towels. Restaurant was overpriced and food wasn't good. Housekeeping staff all seemed friendly and did a good job.
