One of the biggest reasons guests return is the full experience at Portofino Island Resort. Guests have access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and beautifully maintained grounds along both the Gulf and the Sound. On-site dining options are available for meals, drinks, and convenience without leaving the property. Resort and amenity fees are included in your reservation total. The amenity portion covers access to pools, fitness center, and basic resort facilities. Additional experiences such as spa services, fitness classes, water activities, and dolphin cruises are available through the resort for an additional cost and are not included in the amenity fee.

Amazing stay!

My family and I have been vacationing at Portofino for the past 10 years and have stayed in various units. This unit was very nice and fully stocked with everything you would need, including a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Mary was super responsive and great to work with. Great condo

We had a great stay. The condo is tastefully updated, light and airy, very clean. Each of our 3 teenage girls had their own bed in the second bedroom. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available for us to use. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra linens and toilet paper. The pictures don't do this condo justice. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property with views and in Tower 2. Loved the bunk beds and a few small things that needed fixed (batteries in thermostat and grill) were done immediately! Great service. Will stay here again, we love Portofino resort for our 15, 14 and 10 year olds.

Celebrating Family Accomplishments in Paradise!

The Portofino Island Resort is absolutely wonderful! We were attending an awards ceremony and decided to make it a short family “celebratory get-away” for a few days. The three of us had a fun and relaxing time at the resort. The unit was fantastic and the view from the balcony is incredible ! The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, there were plenty of kitchen supplies and consumables. Everything worked perfectly from the washer/dryer to the AC and we did not experience any problems. The amenities are out of this world and everyone working at the resort was extremely polite. The beach and bay are just steps away and walking through the resort grounds is lush and beautiful. We are already looking forward to making another trip to this same unit! You could not ask for a better host than Mary! So helpful and had great suggestions on places to go. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Another Great Stay

This was our third time staying in this specific unit in the Portofino and we will be renting again at some point in the future. The location of the Portofino is great and this particular unit has all of the amenities and great views of both the Bay and Gulf as well as the nature preserve - there is no other building blocking your view. The beds are comfortable which is a huge plus as we have stayed in other condos where the beds were not nearly as nice and comfortable. We are a family of five and the bunk room setup was perfect and did not feel cramped. The unit is clean and as advertised, all of the household items are there so you don’t have to bring them with you or get them from the store.

Great Condo

This was an awesome condo. Our daughter got married on the beach a mile from our condo. It was a great location. We were able to go to the bay and enjoy that and then also to the beach. Both were within walking distance. We had a great time. Would recommend.
