Spacious, cozy downtown cottage designed just for you, your peeps and your pup!

When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area.

Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, 20 minutes from the these most beautiful beaches, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola and the famous Blue Angels. Sit on the front porch and catch a glimpse of them as they practice, and hear the roar of the engines! We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! (We do have a $65 pet fee for their stay.) Each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad!

Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do! Where do I start! My stay with my husband and 4 children was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of our stay the owner reached out and made sure the lines of communication stayed open! The pictures definitely aligned with the property! It was very clean and spacious for a party of 6 and it included everything you could need in a home away from home. It rained most of our 3 day stay however this home was so peaceful and relaxing that we didn’t mind being inside. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Dog Friendly Home

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished. It was clean and inviting. The hosts thought of everything down to couch protectors for our dogs. Communication with our hosts was easy and the check in and check out process was quick and convenient.

More than Met Expectations

The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. Amenities abound, the house had everything we needed and more. The fenced backyard was very relaxing with comfy chairs. And our puppy loved the house too. Susan had everything for a dog, in case we may have forgotten something. It is centrally located to just about everything in Pensacola. And our host, Susan, was great - very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Susan worked with us so that we could get in the house early to get ready for my son’s graduation. Very accommodating. Super nice. The location is close to the downtown area and the water. Not walking distance though but still close. I would recommend this house. There is also a very nice dog park right across the street. There looked like a small play ground for the little ones too.

A get away

This is our first experience with a VRBO or any ABNB property. It went absolutely flawless. The communication with the manager was quick and clear. The property was new, clean and comfortable. Had board games, corn hole and if our schedule wasn’t packed outside of the property, the home would be well suited just for a place to stay and decompress. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience and will be using the service again. A very high standard has been set by this team for all to be judged against.

Amazing Comfortable Home!

We had family coming from 2-9 hours away to watch family in a CrossFit competition! Great home for us to enjoy family! We ate a lot of meals at the house and had everything we needed! Susan was always available if we needed her (which we didn’t bc she already had already taken care of everything!) We had a family member with mold toxicity and its so hard to find somewhere clean! This one exceeded our expectations! Extremely comfortable beds! And pillows!! Room for everyone to spread out! Highly recommend! Hope to come back in the fall!

Very attractive and comfortable property! Extremely convenient location for watching baseball at Blue Wahoos stadium (5 minute drive)! The home was well stocked for our 4 night stay-no need to buy dish soap, garbage bags, etc. If you have a dog, the fenced dog park across the street would be great!! Would definitely stay again!! Peace in the Pensacola

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water even when you're the 4 th one of the morning. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the park with my daughter. We will stay here again.

Wonderful home

Cannot say enough about how nice this property is and how good the host was. This was probably the cleanest and nicest vrbo that we have ever stayed in. Great for pets as there is a dog park directly across the street. Back yard with gas fire pit was a bonus for hanging out in the evening. Will definitely stay again.
