Flight was delayed and had to spend the night in Pensacola. Perfect option as it’s next door to the airport. I walked over but took a shuttle the next morning. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean.

Property smells like a ran over motel with smoker rooms that I used to stay in Missouri back in 2012, AC units inside the rooms sound like a diesel tractor engine, I requested to move rooms twice and they acted like I was a nuisance considering our 5 year old son was jumping up every time the unit was turning on. If it’s worth mentioning that the rooms are so humid and musty that everything, literally everything is wet to touch, bed sheets, pillows, all furniture just has a layer of water on it. We switched the first room simply because the dresser bins had a finger thick layer of dust and dirt in them including somebody’s pubic hair and etc. the hallways smell like somebody died in there from all the humidity and most likely mold under the dirty carpets. My wife ordered a coffee at the breakfast bar one morning and the black girl that worked the counter took like 10 minutes staring at the machine and then just walked away into the kitchen and never came back, we waited 5 more minutes and I asked the other guy at the receiption to cancel the coffee order and he said she didn’t know how to use the machine… explain me how is she working the bar if she doesn’t know how to press a button on a coffee machine, and then when we were going to the beach in like 30 minutes she saw my wife and just left the counter to the back again… how are there people getting hired at all? Do they not go thru interview and hiring process at Hyatt? Overall the worst Hyatt experience in our lives.

Staff were very helpful. We checked in late and the air condition in the room was making a loud noise. No fault of the hotel, things break. The clerk made the effort to find a new room for us and personally went to check it before we walked back up. Very clean and easy walk from pensacola airport. Would definately stay here again.

What I didn't like was my door would not close properly you had to slam it and push it open hard . Told front desk about a light being burned out in the bathroom maintenance never came to change it out. The room had a 2000 look to it , needs to be updated bad. Other than that quiet and peaceful.

Floors were dirty, especially the elevators. The pool lady was rude to my kids complaining that they were leaving water on the floors. The room had a terrible noise coming from the air conditioner.
