We loved how spacious and comfortable the room was. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was mintutes from all the places we wanted to go. Only problem was there were kids on our floor or above us that was noisy. We didnt like being on the pool because of the all noise at 10pm. Other than than it was a nice stay

The Hotel, was very clean, the room was was great . Though I did find it hard to regulate the temperature of the room even though I had a thermostat I could adjust. I usually keep my thermostat set at 69 at night, but had to lower the temp in the middle of the night and then change it again when I woke up. It seemed that at about 7 am the cooling would kick in. While I was out of the room I kept my curtains drawn in order to help keep the room cool and not use the AC when not really needed. Breakfast was Just OK the pancake maker was usually not working, no cream cheese for bagels, on one morning the Orange Juice tasted watered down, usually it was fine. Perhaps it was getting low. I loved how clean everything was.

The property was nice, the room was great. Amazing bed, clean, spacious. But if you're looking for breakfast in the mornings, think again... They had "gravy" out for the biscuits but it looked and had the consistency of grits. Their pancake machine was down and there was no note so you stand there looking like a dummy while the workers watch you then tell you it's not working. There were very few options, the cinnamon rolls were the best. However, the room was great!!

When I booked Expedia said all taxes and fees were included. When i got to the property they told me i had to pay for parking every night. Make sure to account for this when booking. It might look like the cheaper option but there are hidden fees when you arrive at the property.

Plastic ware at breakfast was always missing ,no spoons forks knives. Hard to eat oatmeal which was always cold with a fork. Kitchen staff was rude. Communication between front desk and rest of staff was poor. Snacks and soft drinks were rarely replenished. House keeping was very poor.
