Not super clean and no cinnamon rolls!

Found hairs in the bathroom and the sheets. Water pressure in shower was awful (probably the eco-friendly kind that dribble out water) The breakfast area had none of the famous cinnamon rolls any of the three days we were there. Loved the luggage carts, new facilities, and kind staff.

I was just unsure of the location of the hotel. In the room there was a dead roach behind furniture. Staff wasn't terrible just I've had better customer service at other hotels. Best part of the location was it was a short drive to Louisiana crawfish and seafood.

No hot water, this has been an apparent issue staff knew, before we had checked in. Girl at front desk said it had happened 2 days prior. Still no mention of this before check in. Had to practically beg to be offered another room hoping it was a single room issue, only to have the same issue. Guy at front desk, didnt care at all as if i was a burden. Wont be back, seems to be an issue they dont want to fix. Positives new looking place, decent breakfast. Morning crew seemed more engaged in customer services.
