Easy access to the beach. Wish they had a outside dog area since they’re dog friendly. Dogs are only allowed in the room if they’re not service dogs! The pool area needs more lights since they closed at 10 and it’s very dark. Needs better buffet options. The only options were eggs, bacon, potatoes and sausage for both days. At least have a waffle machine! Restroom exhaust fan not working. It got so humid after showers!

The resort was absolutely beautiful everyone there was so nice and friendly. The pool was so clean on the outside and the inside pool the ocean was fantastic. The suite was so clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better. The resort was just absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny that I spent there my experience was excellent the entire time.

The pool and location to the beach were excellent. The staff was nice. Shoutout to the staff member keeping the lobby floors clean. The rooms looked cheap and replacements need to be made to the sun shades (they were scuffed and stained). The lobby was clean, but there was food left over from a table that wasn’t cleaned up. The food made the entire lobby smell rotten. The food from the restaurant was nasty.The food was overpriced. Don’t order the pizza.

We Won’t stay again. No cell service at all in our room. Uncalled for. We chose this hotel because it was near the condos where our daughter and family were staying, and we had stayed a few years back and it was very clean and well maintained at that time. In those few years, we were disappointed to see it had not been well maintained. Poor lighting in room, not vacuuming our 3rd floor halls (a fry on the hallway floor Sunday we noticed was still there when we left Wednesday), lots of dogs on our floor, two old rusty light fixtures in bathroom that didn’t work, two rusty lamps in bedroom, cream sofas in main entry way with heavy brown dirt stains, smelled marijuana heavily at numerous times on our floor and lobby area. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean, so that helped, and we had a nice gulf and pool view. We planned to eat there but when I had asked to be placed on a non pet floor due to severe allergies, and was given an answer that favored pets more than people, we were afraid to eat there. The pool area maintenance was poor on Sunday but seemed to get better Tuesday and Wednesday. Disappointed in Hilton and Expedia for rating this property a 9.2 because I definitely go by reviews. There is no way. More like 6.5.

There are signs posted everywhere no smoking and no outside coolers. Everywhere you look there were people smoking weed, cigarettes, and vapes. Coolers everywhere with people drinking their own alcohol. You were given bracelets for the pool but there was no one checking people coming in from the beach. Very poorly checked. The room was very subpar for the expense. Our carpet right at the transition to the tile had a very large tear. The commode was leaking and we notified maintenance and that was never taken care of. The chairs were all worn and needed reupholstered badly. We had to ask after the third day to have our room cleaned and the towels and bedding replaced. Overall very displeased and would not recommend to anyone.
