Loved everything about this!

O’Neil, Shevahn, Amanda and Ron literally made me feel welcome and at home with some of the best customer service and hospitality I think I have ever had! This was by far one of my (and my kids) favorite stays! There were a couple issues however, within the blink of an eye, were addressed and handled. Loved that we could go watch movies at night and swim at the hotel pool next door. Loved waking up and being right on the beach for the sunrise. We will for sure be back!

Loved the beach, rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend the balcony rooms, you can watch dolphins day and night. You can get everything you need at the hotel which is nice because traffic is Hell! Be prepared to be around lots of young children but it’s a large enough space that you can spread out and the walls are thick enough so that crying children or barking dogs are minimally audible. The hotel is pet friendly but all we saw was smaller dogs. And there are beach chairs and umbrella’s available for rent $50/day. Get there early AM to get one in the front row!

I had a beautiful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The employees truly made me feel at home, always going above and beyond with their service. One thing I especially appreciated was the attention to cleanliness. The housekeeping team was consistently thorough, always ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized. Their dedication really stood out. The only suggestion I have is regarding the carpeted floors—they're starting to show some wear and could definitely use an update. Replacing them would really elevate the overall look and feel of the rooms. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

When we first checked into our room and took the first shower, the carpet in the room with the bunkbeds instantly became saturated with water. Upon review of the bathroom, we found the picture below of the wall that is warped in the paper peeling off of it from water standing and leaking out of the shower for long-term Timeframe. when we went downstairs, the desk acted like no one had ever mentioned this before. When we started moving furniture and luggage out of the area that has wet carpet, we found a trash bag in pieces of trash that had not been cleaned from the previous people before us. However, the front staff at the desk was very nice and worked to be able to get us and changed room for the next day and discount the first night stay. The tiki hut offers great food and drinks. The restaurant inside the hotel offers a great breakfast. The restaurant is a little bit more challenging of an evening. The tiki hut offers great food and drinks. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We had a great time! It is right off the beach. The pool area is big and there are plenty of chairs. Each employee that we encountered were helpful, kind, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Location is great. The room had issues with commode not flushing, and shower leaking. We had to change rooms. And it is pricy. Beach towel policy is managed with a card which is a hassle.
