Heritage Hideaway- 5bed/3.5bath Historical house with modern amenities

Located downtown North Hill Pensacola, North Hill offers a tranquil, suburban feel while being just minutes from downtown Pensacola's dining, shopping, and entertainment. Modern amenities paired with its historic preservation, this house includes spacious rooms for family gatherings, beautiful pool in the backyard for entertaining in between trips to the beach only 10 min drive away and a comfortable walk to downtown entertainment. We also offer a grill, sun loungers, outdoor dining with umbrella, and plenty of pool toys for a relaxing day around the house.
Four of the 5 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has two full size beds, futon, board games and a full bath. Each room has its own distinct style and ambience.
First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, front foyer, and back foyer (with full bathroom and half bathroom) leading to the pool outside
The backyard has an outdoor dining table with six chairs, and two sun lounge chairs next to the pool. We also have a carport lounge area where the grill is located.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The home was beautiful, it is an older, historic home, with some original charm. If you need pristine clean, this won’t quite make it simply due to the age of the home, windows had old wood falling on the sill, and some dirt, but for our group it was no big deal. The pool unfortunately needed some extra TLC and we did not feel comfortable taking advantage of it. Due to our own time constraints we did not let the property manager know, there is a good chance it would have been made right. The homes charm was a hit for everyone and it fit our party with room to spare. We would definitely book again if we return to the area with a party this large.

Great house and location to Pensacola Naval Base. We had 8 people in the house with an additional 3 that joined us for dinners. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was nice but could use more towels and cooking pans or even a crockpot.
