The tile floor inside our room was wet due to humidity. The balcony door was not properly closed. The entire room was damp. There was mold in the shower caulking. The carpeting down the hall way was obviously filthy. The property was not well maintained and appears to be neglected and just a cash cow. I’ll be staying else where for future visits. Lost revenue- and staying at on the beach is never “cheap”.

Check in wasnt easy ,there is a gate and they offered no instructions on getting through it before hand. The tv service went out for our entire stay , also had a room booked for a balcony no pool veiw and got a room with pool veiw . Over all the room was fine but for an expensive room the service and staff were lacking we have gotten much better service for alot less money ..

The tv never worked because of the weather, need to stay away from satellite tv. What’s up with paying $15 a day when you pay almost $300 a night to stay there.

This is our second time to stay at the Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. We returned because we had a really good time last year. This year we really loved having a balcony however, the floor was very dirty. We had to clean our feet before we went to bed at each night. The food is just OK. They need to change it up a bit, but it was free And the staff was very kind.

The room had a musty, foul odor. The bed linens were very worn. The only reason we stayed in the room was because we needed a handicap shower. The carpet appeared to be soiled and a foul Oder. The property needs updating and improved.
