Hampton Inn Going Downhill

This is the second summer we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. It seems to have gone downhill from last summer. Just did not have a clean feel to it. We vacation in Pensacola every summer. One annoying thing was that the electronic key cards did not work to unlock the rooms. Everytime we would leave the room we would have to have the key card re-activated for it to open our door. We spent a lot of time waiting in line at the front desk to get a new key card. This next summer we will probably stay at another hotel.

Personnel were very professional and attentive! Room was clean and breakfast was plenty; access to Golf sand was terrific. Sadly our flight was delayed and my request to hold the room by an hour to shower off, was dismissed. Traffic getting in and out was hectic.

Quick stay, but nice! Room was clean and spacious and just steps to beach (that was best part)! Shower drain was a little slow but kind of expected with the sand.

The couch was too dirty to sit on. The closet doors were off the track maid service only cleaned the bathroom once in 6 days and we had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. I will never stay there again

Good location. I like having breakfast just didn't care for chicken sausage and the omelet with onion and pepper. All other food was good. We had a great view of the ocean. Last thing was paying for parking and had to drive around to find a spot.
