Welcome to our slice of paradise. You'll be charmed by this updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-level townhouse condo. Nestled in the Boardwalk community on the sound side, it boasts one of Pensacola Beach's most expansive private white-sand beaches.

Proximity to both the bay and gulf is a highlight of this unit. The second level offers a beautifully appointed kitchen complete with dining area and wine refrigerator. A spacious living room with a plush sofa invites relaxation. This level also includes a convenient half bath and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, accommodating up to 6 guests.

The third level is home to two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring its own private full bathroom and an open deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. This unit is an ideal retreat for relaxation and sunbathing. Our stay was Amazing was worried about walk to the beach but it was a breeze and walk was short . Beach chairs and umbrellas was pleasant suprize and made are beach days so relaxing . The house was so cozy will be coming back to this place in future

Fun Mini Vacation

Our family stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The place was clean and updated and we had plenty of room. The beach was a short walk across the street. Pensacola Beach is a low key place with not heavy crowds. We will definitely be back.

This was a nice home, the staff was awesome! The hostess Sam was great she was able to give me advise on the local areas made sure that my needs was accommodated in a timely manner, I even was left a small baggie of treats before departing. I will definitely come back and rent from these properties only.. I traveled a lot of places and it’s not easy finding hospitable people or finding properties that I could leave a good review . This was definitely a great experience and area.. I almost forgot to mention that it is footsteps across from the beach and also there is a pier area on the opposite side.. this was a great find!

Great place to stay!

A friend and I stayed here for a girls trip. The property was very clean and in a great location. The house was furnished with everything we needed, including beach gear. We were met by management staff when we checked in, and she was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we felt was missing was some information on local attractions, beach access, restaurants, store locations, etc. It was our first time in the area, and we would have found that very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time booking this condo, and we had such a great stay here! We were really happy to see there had even been some beautiful renovations made in the kitchen and other areas that just made this year’s vacation even that much better! We had a wonderful stay. The place was as advertised. It was close to the ocean and the bay as well as having a pool. There were many pool chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. and the storage closet. That was a nice touch Sam who was our contact did a wonderful job of addressing any small needs that came up during our stay. It’s wonderful to have a full size kitchen, and the two bedrooms both with an en suite bathroom it was very comfortable and we felt at home.

Perfect condo for our family!

Great location to the beach right across the street and the sound side. Property managers are very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and clean. Will definitely book again next time we visit!

We loved it!

My husband and I took our daughters (8 & 11) and we all loved it! The condo has been well decorated and does not feel like a typical vacation rental. We all felt at home and comfortable and our girls loved sleeping in the same room but in separate beds. Overall, we had a great experience but there were a couple of things that I felt needed adressing: the balcony areas were under construction when we came and had temporary poles that we were told were safe but we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor patio areas because of it. It would have been appreciated to have been informed of the construction so we weren't surprised by it. The inside of the condo has been pretty well maintained but there were a few areas that need some attention that are not difficult to do (some mildew on master room caulking, some cracked base trim by the shower as well). We would definitely rent at this property again but we would want an ocean front property because this particular unit did not have that.
