This 120 m² house is a cocoon with beautiful amenities. It can accommodate 5 people thanks to its two bedrooms, one with a television, the first with a queen-size (160) bed and the second with a bunk bed, double at the bottom (120) and single at the top.

From May onwards, the bottom will be double (140) and the top single.

The accommodation has a washroom and an outdoor shower for your beach returns.

Its American kitchen is perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, and toaster), it opens onto the dining room and a superb 50m² wooden terrace facing south/west which will allow you to enjoy an aperitif while preparing a barbecue, to regain strength after your many activities.

The living room, located on the 1st floor, is a cosy and comforting nest that will allow you to end your days serenely by watching a good film.

Enjoy all the comfort you are used to for worry-free and happy holidays!

A shed in the garden is available if you need to store bikes, surfboards....
