BEACH Villa (4 min walk) on SNOWDONIA Border ( 30 Min Drive), Penmaenmawr Village, Conway Borough, provides access to the local waterfalls, mountain hikes, bay surfing and boating, and Country Park walks.
A spacious Victorian 2 story 4 bedrooms house ( 3 king beds and 1 double bed) and a large sitting/dining room. Full bathroom with a bath-tub, 2 showers, sink, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided for added convenience.
Whether you're exploring the North Wales Coast, SNOWDONIA; or relaxing indoors, we wish you pleasent and enjoyable stay at our Villa.
An active Bowling Green fronts the house.
The house is about 250 yards from the BEACH, and the GOLF COURSE is few miles away.
The Village is on the border of SNOWDONIA with its charming mountains, lakes, and waterfalls. It has several pubs, Tae shops, two Supermarkets, he local Waterfalls, Parks and Mountains are few hundred yards away.
The house is a typical Victorian style and carries the flavour of the period with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and landings. Three bedrooms have 3 King size Beds, one on the ground floor, and the fourth bedroom has a Double bed. All the rooms have mountain views.
The Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is a large fridge freezer with cold water dispenser, It has Hot Air Fryer, Microwave and fitted oven and hob, with extractor.
There is a dedicated one Car Park in front, but there is a free local authority car park with spaces for several cars and a caravan, on the back of the property.
