Bica 1 is a five person luxury penthouse apartment with its own jacuzzi and spacious terrace. is It’s the perfect holiday apartment for those wo like those extra touches with the benefit of an spacious private terrace with jacuzzi, outdoor lounge furniture along with gas barbeque, as well as a glass veranda, providing a way of enjoying the terrace all year round.
The living space is open plan with a high quality kitchen complete with a range of appliances which include a dishwasher, wash machine and free standing fridge/freezer. There is plenty of food storage space, all of the modern appliances and utensils including microwave, toaster and kettle as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is also a dining area and lounge that provide plenty of room to socialise and relax. Here you“ll find a host of features including a large Smart TV with Netflix and Spotify app.
The sliding doors in the open plan lounge and dining area open out onto the terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset over the Atlantic. Glass veranda, also connected to the living room área, is also turned towards the sunset and offers plenty of room to socialise and relax and allows you to benefit from the comforts of indoor living whilst being ‘connected’ to the outside, protecting you from chilly evenings or windy days.
There are two bedrooms at the Bica 1 apartment, both with direct access to the terrace, including one master double bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with the joint twin beds so this would also be great for two couples looking for a comfortable apartment in Baleal. If requested, additional sleeping for 1 to 2 children on the sofa bed can be arranged. The spacious family bathroom has a walk-in shower; bath and jacuzzi towels are provided for all guests. Baby cot and high chair available at no extra cost.

There is also a swimming pool on the premisses of the condo that can be used by our guests from 10 AM - 8 PM and it includes fenced shallow kids pool designed with children’s happiness and security in mind! Swimming pool and surrounding green area are protected by walls and green fence, which offers privacy and security of the condo premises. There is free street parking in front and on the side of the building.
Located 1 km (15 min walk) from Baleal with public guarded blue flag beach ideal for surfing, swimming or simply realxing, here you will also find beach bars and local restaurants. A family holiday in Baleal has never been so relaxing, this luxury penthouse has everything you could ever need and is great for families or couples that love the beach and the sea.
Our guests will be welcomed at the property by property manager who will give them a descriptive tour of the apartment, including all the necessary information about the use of the facilities and hand over the keys. The host will also share local knowledge and tips regarding activities, restaurants and places to visit. The property manager will be available to our guests to help with any possible issues throughout their stay.
