Difícil descansar

Muito próximo ao Beto Carrero, economiza tempo e dinheiro indo à pé ao parque. Mas fica difícil descansar durante a noite. O barulho é demais, dá pra ouvir tudo que é falado nos outros quartos e no corredor. O que é irônico, pois no check-in fomos alertados que deveríamos fazer silêncio absoluto a partir das 22h, mas só é possível dormir bem depois que todos dormem. E não há recepção 24h, então não há com quem reclamar do barulho. O café da manhã é bom!

Reserva diferente da selecionada, elevador não funcionava por falta de energia, piscina interditada, frigo bar não funcionou hora nenhuma, ar condicionado não tem regulagem, funcionários não estão preparados para ouvir reclamações e agem como se estivessem fazendo um favor em te hospedar.
