Breton farmhouse facing west facing ocean. On the ground floor, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with WC, shower, balneotherapy bath, fairly large and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room with fireplace and piano, shower room with WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with twin double beds (separable if necessary). Sea side, 20 m² terrace facing the sea. Another terrace on the rising sun side for breakfasts.

Terrain magnifiquement arboré et maison très agréable

Nous avons passé d'excellents moments en famille, dans une maison très agréable, installée sur un domaine magnifiquement arboré. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui habite dans une des 7 maisons qui se trouvent sur le domaine. Depuis le terrain on peut voir et entendre l'océan tres proche, et la 1ère plage est accessible à 400 m à pied.

Au calme en sous bois et face à la mer

Cadre agréable et très calme. Domaine partagé avec les copropriétaires. Accès à la mer à 3 minutes avec vue sur mer du jardin. Jardin boisé magnifique. Ancienne maison bretonne "dans son jus" avec une chouette chambre parentale au RDC et salle de bain , cuisine équipée mais chambres à l'étage "vieillottes" . Propriétaire sympathique et réactif.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Lage war traumhaft: inmitten eines privaten, bewaldeten Parks, direkt oberhalb eines Strandes gelegen, ganz ruhig und mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Im schönen Ort Penestin findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
