The enlargement of the villa was a opportunity to renovate the whole house at the end 2013. The ground is very pleasant and totally surrounded. The house is bright and easy to live.

Comfy house in quiet area

There were only two of us staying plus a dog in this very comfortable and functional Breton house. The enclosed garden was perfect for sitting outside and for the dog to safely play, and we were lucky to have a nice spell of sunny weather. The area is perfect for exploring local coastal paths/ beaches in and around Penestin - within walking distance of the house, the dog was very happy.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Park, in dem man sich wundervoll entspannen kann. Der Vermieter war bei allen Anfragen und Problemen außergewöhnlich entgegenkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ruhiges Haus in wunderbarer Natur

Das Haus war einfach einmalig, mit viel Charakter und perfekt ausgestattet. Die vielen RĂ€ume haben auch den Aufenthalt zu Viert sehr angenehm gemacht. Der grosse, parkĂ€hnliche Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten war einfach wunderbar. Die NĂ€he zum Meer und die unberĂŒhrte Natur ringsum hat uns als Naturfreunde ganz besonders gefallen. Gerne möchten wir das Haus allen Ruheliebenden weiterempfehlen.

Das schönste sind die Pinien

Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar. Es liegt von einer Gruppe Pinien beschĂŒtzt mitten in der Natur. Neben an ist nur ein anderes nettes Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck. Wir waren sechs Personen, die sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen wollten und das hat super geklappt. Überall wo man denkt, dass man sich mal gerne hinsetzen möchte, steht schon eine Sitzgelegenheit bereit. Da hat sich wirklich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Der Strand in der nahen Bucht ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet tolle Möglichkeiten zum laufen und chillen. Zum Baden ist er nicht so geeignet, weil bei Ebbe das Wasser ganz schnell weg ist. Und wenn es da ist, dann ist der Einstieg etwas Schluckauf. Eine Bucht weiter geht es schon besser. Unser Strand der Wahl, der am nĂ€chsten war und wo man etwa 30 Minuten lĂ€uft oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fĂ€hrt, war der Plage Loscolo. Traumhaft! In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Urlaub.

Un séjour d'exception

Une propriété parfaite pour des vacances parfaites. Cette maison est remarquable de par sa conception, son terrain, son calme sa proximité avec la plage (350m). C'est une maison spatieuse, trÚs bien équipée dans laquelle on se sent trÚs bien, presque chez soi ! Bref, merci à notre hÎte et à Mme Michelot pour l'organisation de ce séjour dont nous garderons longtemps un trÚs bon souvenir.

le site abritel fonctionne vraiment trÚs mal, ne serait ce que pour payer en avance 1 mois avant l'arrivée, c'est galÚre. à l'avenir je ne passerai par ce site que vraiment en dernier recourt. l'on ne se sent vraiment pas sécurisé notamment en cas de propriétaire pas disponible. Il n'est pas indiqué dans la description deux chambres en enfilade, ce que je regrette, heureusement moins génant pour un séjour en famille

Schön gelegenes Haus in der NÀhe mehrerer StrÀnde

Das Haus ist in einem einladenden und sehr guten Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe zum WohlfĂŒhlen benötigt. Zwei BĂ€der und drei Toiletten lassen auch bei mehreren GĂ€sten keine EngpĂ€sse aufkommen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und erlaubt auch aufwendigere Mahlzeiten. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Location franchement idéale pour le calme et repos, la maison est trÚs bien équipée ( jardin idéal pour les enfants, chien et adultes, wifi super ) . Je conseille cette location lorsque on recherche la mer à proximité et les volumes intérieurs et extérieur
