Inside, you’ll find classic architectural details paired with thoughtfully furnished spaces designed for comfort and ease. The home features comfortable beds with quality bedding, inviting living areas, and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re in town for the rodeo, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this house offers the ideal blend of old-world character and everyday convenience. This is a historic neighborhood, and homes are fairly close together. There is plenty of street parking—please park either on 9th Street along the side of the home or directly in front on Bailey Avenue.

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious, pleasant, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable which is important to me! The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was straightforward and there was great communication with our host. I think this property will only continue to improve as the owner continues to renovate. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Pendleton.
