Stayed in room 511. The A/C did not work. Engineer gone for the night. Had us pack up our belongings to move to another room only to be told there was not another room to go to. Spent the night in a Hot box! Staff was NOT helpful. Will NOT stay here again!

The sheets were dirty, and I had to go to reception to get new ones because they had hair on them, meaning the rooms weren't cleaned properly. The pillows and sheets had hair on them, and I expect a room to be completely clean when I'm paying for it. On top of that, they just gave me the sheets and I had to put them on myself; I had to make the bed, even though I'm paying for a clean place to sleep.

Everything was nice. Breakfast was good, but there was no gluten-free options like a muffin or bread. It was very limited for a person with dietary restrictions. but otherwise the room was nice. It was comfortable. Shower was nice room was roomy. No other complaints. Definitely would stay again.
