The swimming pool has variable depths being (0.90 x 1.90) and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by a covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable rattan dining set.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds, rattan sofas and a swing setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.

Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with a large L-shaped white sofa gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease, boasting large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and access to the veranda with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea, whilst the second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving both.
