This charming 2 bedroom townhouse is located on a small friendly development of only 14 properties in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Peyia Lower Payia.

Peyia has wide range of amenities including supermarkets, shops and a good variety of restaurants and tavernas. The well-known holiday resort of Coral Bay with its beautiful sandy beaches is only a few minutes’ drive away.

The property is in good condition with good quality fittings and finishes throughout. The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan living room with comfortable lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, guest toilet and under-stairs cupboard.
