The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.

The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.

At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments provide screen nets and WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

Extra bed € 50,- / per week or € 10,- / per day (to be paid on site and requested at reservation). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally). Transfer service. Pet are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week (payment on the spot). It is possible to organise dinners to taste nice Tuscan recipes. Local products (wine, olive oil, honey and excellent marmalade) are available for clients to be purchased.
