Review of hotel stay at Wood Springs Suites

After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Wood Springs Suites Jackson Pearl I-20) in Pearl, MS in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. The staff member "Chrystal" at the reception check-in desk was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room we realized that we needed a few more amenities, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Chrystal provided these items to us pronto upon request. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable.

On the positive side, it’s new(ish) and clean. The fridge and mini kitchen are a nice amenities. These are items that were missing: tissues, shampoo, the floors are LVT and there are no rugs or mats of any kind. For the price it was nice enough to spend one night.

Great stay

This was a great trip when it came to service and the friendliness of the staff. When I tell you the staff at front desk no matter day or night was very accommodating and pleasant. They really made me love the place. Only bad things I’d I had to point out was the towel service addy this location and the bedding. The bedding was very basic and cheap like. The pillows were so thin that they could have just left them off the bed. Other than that it was a great stay

It was almost perfect. If I was looking for something to complain about, it would be that the electronic keys did not seem to work very well. Rooms are very spacious. There is no free breakfast, but I wouldn't expect that at these low-cost room rates.
