This stunning property boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, including a chef's kitchen and cozy fireplace. Nestled in a private oasis surrounded by native bush, it's just steps from the tranquil Pearl Beach. Enjoy ample space and modern amenities for a memorable getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach, Australia.
The Space:
Pavilion 1 offers a seamless open-plan design, integrating the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas for an ideal entertaining experience. It extends to an outdoor covered dining and BBQ space, complete with comfortable daybeds, offering a tranquil view of the native bushland. Pavilion 2 features the master bedroom, a guest room, and a bunk room with 4 single bunk beds, alongside a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite. Pavilion 3, located on the ground floor, features two spacious bedrooms opening directly to the backyard: a king bedroom with a desk, perfect for remote work, and a queen bedroom with a daybed. This pavilion also houses a large bathroom and laundry facilities and connects to Pavilion 1 via an external staircase accessible from the balcony.
Guest Access:
electronic key pad - a code will be send to your phone the morning of check in. There are 2 additional sets of keys for the pavilion guests in Pavilion 1.
The Neighborhood:
Coastal bush, quiet narrow leafy streets. Pearl Beach is very quiet with just one cafe and restaurant.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed but only on approval and are not permitted to roam the area.
All bookings will require to provide government issued ID and valid credit card for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver
All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.
We do not need to take a security deposit from you.
Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.
