No frills hotel but perfect for a 1 night stay. Room was clean, but small and needed some better organization for refrigerator and microwave. No place to put food items for prep. Parking was plentiful. The mini town on site was empty and places closed by 5/530 so if food was needed you better eat early or bring your own
Overall good! A bit congested. No chairs with backrest inside cabin.

They had great views and was very convenient to stay for the close by tours. There was no coffee bar only in room. Breakfast opened at 830 which is later than we would like. But the breakfast burrito was delicious. Dinner option closed at 530 so we had to drive to next ranch 20 minutes away. Cabins are in the res so it is “dry” there. You need to bring your food and booze in if you wish to partake. Also there is no deadbolt in the door.
Overall a good place to stay overnight though. Watched a beautiful sunrise too.
The dining options and hours were very limited and not clearly communicated. Everything else was exact as described and expected. The scenic view out the front door of the cabin was absolutely amazing.

Firstly the property address was given as Peach Springs, which was 2 hours away from the actual location of the address. We arrived at Peach Springs and then had to drive another 2 hours in dense darkness to the location. We arrived at 8:50 pm and managed to get the keys from the attending personnel in time before he left at 9:00 pm. We were asked to sign a form, and no instructions were provided regarding breakfast or any other details. A bit more attention regarding welcoming the guests would be more appreciated. People parked their cars outside their cabin. An earlier arrival guests occupied part of the front outside our cabin and hence I had to park my car elsewhere.
We were notified at 6:30 PM on night of check-in that no rooms were available -property was closed due to a watermain break from excessive rain received 1 week prior. Problems with water had existed all week prior to our arrival. Property did assist with lodging in a nearby RV Park.

The food selection was horrible. It was like a cafeteria in the hospital! No place to chill and have some drinks to watch a game or something. The cabin was ok, over looking the canyon but wanted to chill and have some beers and eat a nice meal. Wasn't happening. Had to drive like 30min to do so, and still no t.v but we were hungry. Plus no internet service, so no t.v. very nice people but i wouldn't go back there. Maybe make a day trip and stay somewhere else. My opinion
Their internet was down (not their fault) but there was confusion about tickets to Grand Canyon west that were supposed to be included in our reservation. They were given to us without any questions by them so we were happy overall with our experience

Disliked: Amenities
So disappointing. We arrived late and were told that there would be a security guard to check us in. They left us a key for a room that was in a desolate area and we had no idea it was even part of the property. We had to walk around with our luggage for an hour at 12am frantically looking for our room. Nobody there to help us. Was truly horrible and ruined our night. Unfortunate because cabin itself was nice and cozy!

Look somewhere else if you have the option.
Followed google maps and it took us through the cabin area. The guy got really angry with me. Almost turned around and left. View was nice. No soap in the bathroom.

I love the quietness around the cabin, the sunset and sunrise was beautiful! things to improve; having the shops open a little longer, restaurants for evening dinners, and more activities for kids at night (horse riding, smorse, music entertainment, etc.)
