Villa Lavanda is situated in the very heart of Istria. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns of inner Istria, historic monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.

The house is newly built and modernly decorated. The outside features a closed and fenced private garden with a large pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table.

The interior is new and modern. There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, and with the living room sofa, the house has a capacity for 14 people. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a second kitchen. The interior is air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests, private parking is ensured.
