We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked into the lobby, the hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire family loved the spacious rooms, and we especially enjoyed the cute outdoor deck area, where you can take in views of both the local surroundings and the ocean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as well, with a wide variety of options that suited everyone in the family. The hotel's location is unbeatable -- just a 3-minute walk to the White Tower, and within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The staff also helped us secure discounted family tickets for the hop-on, hop-off tour bus -- the closest stop is right next to the White Tower.

Room was clean, but we had the “courtyard view” which felt claustrophobic because the other buildings were an arms’ length away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Reception desk service was a disaster. At check out, when we asked for our car from the parking lot they told us the car elevator was broken and they would call us to our room when the car was available. Over an hour passed, we went to reception to ask and they told us they were bringing cars up in order of priority, even though we had mentioned we were in a hurry to leave from the moment we asked for our car. Not only did they not comp us for at least one night parking fee but they did not even apologize for the whole situation. This was supposed to be way a VIP hotel, which offered a free bottle of wine with our stay. We did not get it until we asked for it on the second day of our stay. At check in the receptionist was more interested in knowing about our life than making sure we had everything on our reservation taken care of.

I arrived around 11am, they said they could try to make room ready by 11:15am but will charge extra for that. The hotel is supposed to be an Expedia VIP hotel, that was not a VIP treatment. I left my luggage there and came back after 3pm. Also, they did not explicitly offer a room upgrade, they simply confirmed I am in a comfort room. Other than that the room was excellent, breakfast is great, location is perfect.

Great location in middle of busy area but the “courtyard view” on 4th floor was a joke- looks at other buildings and windows, laundry hanging. Limited reception staff: one cold staff who answered phone rather than guests in person. Expensive upgrade not taken. Had to request my VIP wine.

The hotel was beautiful and has a great location that is convenient to many restaurants, shops and more. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also good but did take a few minutes to get coffee especially when it was busier. Although we did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, the menu sounded delicious. I wish we stayed longer!

The whole experience was wonderful - from check in to check out. We loved our room - excellent facilities- the feee mini bar was a real bonus. Loved breakfast each morning - very attentive, cheerful staff. In our wedding anniversary we were surprised by a gift of delicious cakes and champagne! So thoughtful

Location: clean, nice, large room with a large balcony. Excellent breakfast. We loved the view from this corner room. Thomas at reception was exceptional, he helped us with a last-minute taxi as our pick-up pre paid service did not show as agreed. If you visit Thessaloniki, this is the place to stay!!
