Be careful when you book

Even we booked king bed, we were given twin bed. When asked for change, they said, they can change next day, but we have to vacate our room at 10am and we will get king bed room by 3pm. Have to fight for to get what we paid for.bSo be careful when you book this hotel. No vegetarian options in room service menu. There were ants too in the 1st room we got.

Housekeeping needs to know some basic English

Got my requested room that is not facing Soi 6. Housekeeping staff couldn’t understand when I requested for clothes hangers and an iron. I thought staff should be trained basic English on such items as these are things guests would ask for. Overall stay was alright considering the price .

Gutes Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel, schade ist nur das der Balkon nur einen Stuhl hat und man sollte wissen das es im Dee Tower sehr laut auf dem Balkon ist wegen der Hauptstraße und Partymeile. Im Chic Tower Richtung Süden ist es ruhiger. Lage dafür natürlich sehr zentral.

Overpriced for what it is but ok stay.

Check in good, lots of friendly staff, pool good. The room itself, I think is overpriced for the area. Yes it’s next to Soi 6, so you will get noise and low bass. However you can get a very similar room/ hotel on soi1 / 2 for 3 times less price. I complained that the room aircon was stuck at 20, ideally needs to be 21/22. The technician came and I showed him you set to anything else and after a second it reverts to 20. They said they have now set it to 24, however it was still 20. Leads me to believe it’s controlled centrally. The tv channels kept going off for ages and you see them using a mouse on a website to find a new feed. WiFi was useless, ended up turning it off. I was in a superior room Dee tower. There are lots of staff and all very friendly and welcoming.

The DEE building is excellent, really good. The Gym is n the older building so the gym is extremely old and has few machine and poor air con I have stayed beofre and will stay again
