Cleanliness and quiet were very good. The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast had a variety of menus and was satisfying. There were places to eat and shop nearby and it was convenient because I could walk there. I will stay here again next time.

This is very clean hotel. I very picky on cleaniness and by far Ozo pride themselves of this standard. Even pool grounds were clean to walk barefoot. Pool always had guards watching. Location was the best: Terminal 21 was just around corner (3min walk) Pattaya beach no more 5mins walk. Many food options. Arts in Paradise 6min walk Hotel feels safe. There is guard at front gate. Room is spacious & had separate room w/ bunk bed for my kids. Love balcony. Sometime its nice to step out room to get some fresh air. Our family will book this hotel on our next trip to Pattaya.

Great hotel

Had a great time. Clean, beautiful rooms. High tech, great views. Pool was big and relaxing, buffet breakfast was great. Great hotel. Close to night market and mall. Walking distance. One of the best hotels ive stayed at even better then some USA hotels. Would stay again.

There were an awful lot of cars and buses idling with exhaust straight into the hotel reception. Should make them stop the engine outside the hotel entrance
