It has 7 bedrooms with king-size beds and 7 bathrooms. 2 extra single beds are available to serve as additional beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and you will find a solarium upstairs to enjoy the warmth of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a furnished terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun and surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees.
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.

For your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plants and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as a security guard present in the neighborhood 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scooters available for hire during your stay, possibility to drop them off at the villa for your arrival.

In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.
