I’ve never left a bad review before and hate having to do it but we were extremely disappointed with this villa. It was dirty, run down and looked nothing like the pictures. We told the owner about our issues and he tired to band aid the situation but the whole place is in need of repairs. We booked the place for a week and told him that we couldn’t stay there because of black mold in the bathroom and roaches in the kitchen. We offered to pay for 2 nights but he refused and made us pay for half the week. We were there on a family holiday and it was so extremely difficult to find another accommodation but we couldn’t stay there so we were willing to pay anything to leave. The owner, who lives behind the property is responsive but I would not recommend this place until it is repaired and thoroughly cleaned.

Good Villa in Pattaya

This is a good place to stay for if you are looking for a place further from the beach and outside the tourist areas and want to remain on the property. It has everything you need with stores nearby.

Quiet location with plenty of space

The communication with the host was great and the owner is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The house is large and has plenty of room for a group to enjoy a few days. The convinience of using grab app for transportation and food delivery is a must. The only downside is that the house is in dire need of upkeeping. Many things are very old and need attention.
