The hotel is impressive. Great pools, private beach access. Staff very friendly. Room nice bed excellent. Food very good. Sea view room worth it. Would certainly stay again. Close enough to Pattaya beach nightlife.

Disappointment stay

Upon check-in, were informed that room did not have sea view, and all sea view rooms were sold out. What a disappointment. Room came without hand tower and empty hand moisturiser bottle, have to request for all these from room service. Room is aged and away from central happenings venues.

It was a very pleasant stay. I will likely stay there again the next time I'm in Pattaya. My room did however stink of mildew for the first 2 days. The air conditioning was not strong enough to remove humidity from the room rapidly. This should be investigated. Some additional space in the club room would be appreciated. Staff was excellent!

Lovely hotel to relax and enjoy peace and quiet in a very busy noisy area. The hotel is conveniently placed for beach and shopping. It is a long way from walking street but plenty of buses to take you there for 10 baht . Can’t think of any areas that deserve criticsm and I am struggling ~ there are parties at weekends but hotel is big and I was not bothered but my room was not in that area.

This was an expensive stay with expensive food and drink. I booked a deluxe ocean view king and expected more. A bit of a tired, boring room with hair in the shower and on the floor upon arrival. The weird welcome system they use kept making the lights unexpectedly turn off and the TV turn on. The staff were great, the view and pools and beach are reason alone to stay here, and the breakfast was extensive and quality. I’d just say don’t pay up for a more expensive room here — not worth it.

Luxurious Family Stay at Dusit Thani Pattaya

We booked two Grand Queen rooms for a party of six for three nights. Our family had an amazing time at Dusit Thani Pattaya. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the Club room experience, which included personalized check-in/check-out, club room snacks and happy hour, daily laundry service, and more. The hotel's location offers beautiful views, easy beach access, and is within walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and well-decorated. We loved the dining options, especially the breakfast buffet at Cascade and on the 9th floor (Club room privilege). The facilities, including the pools, were excellent. Overall, Dusit Thani Pattaya exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for a luxurious, family-friendly getaway!

Beautiful location on the water. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered local cuisine. Only negative was the sheets and towels, though pristine and clean, had a slight mildew smell.
