Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

ちょっと厳しく

オーストラリア人の夫とタイ人の妻が経営していると思われるゲストハウス。一階がバーで二階・三階・四階が客室。夜間はバーが閉まっているので、部屋の鍵についているトークンで出入りできます。economy roomに三泊しましたが、無料のペットボトルの水とインスタントコーヒーは一泊目のみ。オーナーに抗議したが、この宿はゲストハウスでホテルではないと取り合ってもらえなかった。部屋は狭い。また、ゲストハウスは新しい割にはドアノブがボロいので鍵がかかっているのか心配。部屋内からのチェーンロックなし。部屋の窓も閉まるが鍵がかからない状態。(窓の外は空き地なので問題ないかもしれないが)セキュリティーボックスは小さくて古いタイプ。湯沸かしポットは使用できるが蓋がきちんと閉まらない。Wi-Fiは時々途切れます。良かった点はベッドのシーツと枕カバーが新しく清潔。バスタオルが新しくて清潔。
