The space
Modern yet cozy Scandinavian style, this unique holiday 3 bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people ( with additional mattresses for up to 15 people).

Living Space
Suitable living area with 55 inch screen Android TV, which can connect directly to Netflix or Youtube or it can mirror with your phone to the Screen. Also connected with a Karaoke machine with 2 microphones ready for your party. The living room area features a black leather couch and bean bags so your family or friends can gather and hang out together. Also, you will have a private pool to jump in and have fun.

Kitchen & Dining Area
We provide all kinds of kitchenware such as a large electric stove, oven, coffee machine (Nescafe capsules), Portable shabu slicer, portable barbeque, rice cooker, toaster, refrigerator, dishware, kitchen utensils and a barbeque oven and more.
Also, there is an 8 seat dining table and an island bar for breakfast, evening snacks or for whenever you need.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. Every room has an ensuite bathroom and 2 queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and bath tub with hot water and also a walk-in closet area with a sofa bed. The room is facing the swimming pool while bedrooms 2 and 3 have ensuite rain showers complete with hot water.
Pool Party area
The swimming pool has party area with an outdoor table set and a barbeque stove and sofa with a small lawn to make sure your holiday will be relaxing and fun
Roof top
There is second floor rooftop facing the ocean with a table to sit at.

LOCATION

Located in Soi Na Jomthien 28, Ban Amphur area: a very famous local fishing village in Pattaya. Thus, the house is surrounded by famous seafood restaurants. So, it is super convenient to go everywhere but still be in a tranquil area with many delicious seafood restaurants.
There is a local convenience store opposite the house. Preecha seafood restaurant ( famous local seafood ) is only 300 meters away. Ban Amphur beach, where the beach is still very nice and serene is only 1.2 km away. Cartoon Network Amazon Water Park, Silver Lake vineyard is also about a 5 minute drive. Pattaya city is about a 15 minute drive.

Guest access
We have staff waiting to check you in at the house and show you all around the villa and the places nearby.

Other things to note
• Check in time is 14.00 PM Check out time 12.00 PM ( NOON)
• No Pets
• 500 THB/Night/Person after 12
• Always lock all doors and windows when exiting.
• Smoking is only allowed in the open air or on the terrace.
• Please inform us of estimate your arrival / departure times.
• Do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance
• Be sure to turn off air conditioning when you leave the rooms.
• Towels and linen are to be used at the property only
•You must leave the kitchen utensils and everything in the home in a clean condition or you will face an additional cleaning fee.

•Please do not make loud noises outside after 10pm. This is a residential area.

•You must agree to all of the terms above prior to renting the residence

You must also acknowledge
•Security Deposit for 5000 THB upfront - You will have it returned by 18.00 pm on the date of check-out if there is no damage. If there is some damage or something is missing, the actual charge of the damage or item will be deducted. There is the list of everything in the home.
