Safety box broken. When reported to management she just laughed and said don’t worry. Toilet seat was filthy. Water was cut off two days running for a few hours each time. I had to move to a different hotel as you can see on my hotels.com account because the noise the lift was making at night I couldn’t sleep.

Tap was broken and youngest couldn't turn on without help spun complete around, no warm water too, ended up leaving early person was made aware of couple or damages but did not make attempt to move so returned to bangkok

I have stayed here many times, we come here for the massive pool. The room we choose is right next to the pool. We will come again, love it here!

Family getaway

Location is ideal for families. Condo units surround huge private pool with water slides and children's pool play area Apartments are ok but all differ as they are privately owned and managed by local agents One bedroom good for couple with one child. Kitchenettes are basic but eating out is cheap. Walking distance to the beach and other beaches within 15 drive. Pattaya main town about 20 minutes away.

Nice place for the money - LOVE the pool. It could use a little upkeep but was really fun for the kids and plenty of place to play. However, the room is super old, lots of wear and tear and kinda dirty. Not like dirt on floor per se but more old grunge and stains everywhere. However, realizing we weren’t in room itself most of the time again we enjoyed it, and it was close to night market for food every day. Would stay again.

Pas confortable et sale.

A fuir...si vous chercher le confort et le service ... appartement très sale !! L arrivé ils vous demande directement 500 bahts pour le nettoyage. Mais reçoit un appartement avec des cheveux qui traine partout et draps sale..😡😡😡. Le seul côté positif c est la piscine 8/10 le wiffi 10/10 .

La chambre est pas propre cuisine salle de bain pas poubelle.la personne il présente comme le boss il parler très le moment me demander 500 bath pour les frais le ménage et je lui montrer état le lieu je ne pas envie le payer 500 bath parce que il ne mérite pas il ma demandé de partir très méchant.
