The room I was in had a very loud fan motor. In order to hear tv I would turn the tv up but then when it shut off the tv was way too loud. The room itself was great, as I had checked in late and had to leave early. I just kept the tv down. The room was very clean. The bed looked like a Murphy bed and wasn’t really comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before and had a better room by far This room was located next to the pool area. Which was kids having fun, and a birthday party, which is normal, besides the fan in the room was so loud it covered the noise from the pool until the fan stopped. I will stay here again but make sure I don’t get a room adjacent to the pool area. The last time I stayed here was great I would still recommend this hotel. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The shuttle driver was very helpful with my luggage at the airport and very friendly even though it was the middle of the night.

Unfortunately, cleaning is my profession, so I have high standards. Room was good except the facial hairs left in bathroom sink. Hair is my nemesis, lol! Visited jacuzzi, was relaxing until a feet smell started, thinking it was time for more chemicals. Loved the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower! Otherwise, enjoyable stay, and will definitely stop back!
