The owner’s closet between the kitchen and laundry room is locked and not accessible to guests.
Family-friendly: Pack-and-play, high chair, baby bathtub, and thoughtful child-friendly touches throughout the home.
Pet-Friendly:
Pet food station and extra poop bags provided. Pets that shed heavily are not permitted, and additional cleaning fees will apply.
Parking: Please use only the two designated spaces behind the house and street parking. Do not block the SHARED driveway.
Parties & events: No parties, events, or large gatherings—quiet, respectful stays only.
WiFi: Wi-Fi is typically strong and reliable, but service may occasionally be affected by weather or outages outside of our control. As with most residential internet service, uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Smoking: Strict non-smoking property. Our app provides real-time alerts if smoking is detected inside the home and violations will result in fines.
Train noise: Homes along the coast are located near active train tracks. Freight trains do not follow a set schedule and may pass during your stay, including overnight. Train horns may also be heard as trains pass through the area. Earplugs and noise machines are provided in each bedroom for guest comfort.
Bugs / pests: The home is located in a coastal area surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While uncommon, you may occasionally see outdoor insects or pests near or around the property, especially during certain weather conditions as they seek shelter. Regular pest control is performed as part of routine maintenance.
