Worst hotel

It was the worst experience at any hotel. It was disgusting and dirty. The room that I got was dirty and someone was staying there. The other rooms had stains on the sheets and the floors were extremely dirty and nasty. The showers, floors, toilets were disgusting.

These were modest accommodations offered at a reasonable price point. Generally speaking, the service staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did encounter an issue with my reservation. I booked a 3-day stay at this particular property two months prior to my arriving. My booking was through Expedia and I had a confirmation number regarding my stay. However, when I arrived, the person at the desk insisted they had no knowledge of my stay (in spite of my providing documentation), and that I would have to book my reservation again, now at a higher rate. The desk attendant then said that rooms were priced at $199 per night, but that I could “pay him $145 now to secure his last room”. He said this was a good deal, although an online search afterwards indicated that rooms were going at $115 per night. I am trying to say that there’s any underhanded business going on here, but I will say that the property management doesn’t seem to put much weight on reservations and instead relies more on bartering when you arrive. Also, the communication between the staff seems very poor, as one person will say one thing and someone else will say another. The next morning, I found a better rate on a room at the Ramada right next-door, so I went there for the duration of my stay. The accommodations were much nicer, and the price was cheaper.

When I arrived at the hotel the room that I was giving the TV was broken. He was offering me another and gave me keys to look at the rooms and one of the keys the room was occupied. I was very disappointed due to the fact he should of checked if the rooms weren't occupied. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

First room we checked into the tv didn’t work, and there were stains on all of the beds.. they moved us to another room which had burn holes in the sheets, the ac didn’t work, there was black mould around the bathtub, the phone didn’t work, and it smelt like marijuana.
