The room was dirty hair everywhere and a used condom wrapper of n the floor when I asked for another room they said they were booked full and would send someone to clean it after they fixed the pool I ended up cleaning my own room and the pool did not work nor did the tv in the room the ac barely cooled the room even at night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We got there 06/19, they put us all the way in the back where there was no cell reception, the door had to be forcibly opened, sheets were disgusting, bathroom filthy and everything was falling apart. We didn’t even stay we booked another hotel and left the same day! They have been charging her card since we left. The entire stay was 506, so far these thieves have charged an extra 300

1. To many ppl hanging out. Look like a place you take tricks to. The bugs was overwhelming. Did I mention the roach. The bed on wheels almost took me out when I tried to sit down.

Everytime I stay there, there’s an issue this time my tv didn’t work sooo all night I had to be in a room with no tv, called the front desk they said they’d sent someone never did. Last time it took them all day to fix my toilet and then the front desk had the nerve to ask me if they gave me a plunger if I’d plunge the toilet after 7 hours they finally moved me to a new room.

It was disgustingly dirty. The floor was unswept and not mopped, stains on the bedding and huge dirt stains on the curtains by the windows. The tub in the bathroom had a dirty floor mat inside. On top of that, guest services were extremely unhelpful. We asked someone to come and clean the room and they gave us the runaround only to never come and clean the room or simply replace the bedding. We had to stop at a nearby Walmart to get swim shoes to step in the tub and sheets and a comforter for the bed because of how dirty it was.

Toliet wouldn't flush, tv channels were not programed. Alarm clock was broken. Website and a sign located in the loby said there was breakfast included. But there was actually no breakfast both mornings we stayed. The floor was sticky and not washed. And the house keeper never came to give us more towels or to clean the room on our second day.
