The place overall was nice. The room was clean. Airconditioning was extremely loud. Can only use when away from the room. Shower was loud. The pipes were knocking. Wasn't sure if it was going to explode. Pressure was on and off. Food in the restaurant was good. Overall decent stay.

Heather was delightful, and very accommodating. Everyone i have dealt with have been great. It's such a quaint little as pot. Wec had only booked one night online and we were here only an hour and booked a 2nd night. We're quite happy

We stayed here last year and loved the place so much that we decided to book it again this year. Unfortunately, we got very disappointed. Breakfast buffet got much worse with less selections, things ran out quickly and took awhile to replace. No room service. We asked the front desk to bring towels and fix the TV cable in the morning, we came back at night and they forgot about that. They didn’t even apologize. Pool area wasn’t maintained clean. We went at night and there were sands and dirt everywhere. The only positive thing was one of the staff, her name was Jenna, and she was absolutely great.

The resort is very nice and is ideal for families with young kids or couples who want to have some relaxation. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed some water activities like canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. If you want just a staycation, this is the place to go. Its peaceful and not so crowded. The only downside was that there’s lots of geese and they pooped everywhere.

The resort is family friendly and offers plenty of outdoor equipment for an active stay. The rooms were adequate, location ideal. I will surely return! I have just a couple of suggestions. A small beach volleyball sand court ( instead of lawn) would bring visitor together for some fun. Lastly, although there was an employee actively cleaning the lawn and beach area (of the duck/geese poop), he obviously needed more help because during our two day stay the areas were never clean completely. I had to scoop the poop myself to clear a beach area to play volleyball with my daughter. You had to watch literally every step you took in the area in case you stepped in it.
