The space
Our modern and comfortable 70m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 guests, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room, with a terrace overlooking the sea and unparalleled sunsets. In the apartment, the master bedroom features a queen bed, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers a versatile stateroom with a lower full-size bed and an upper single-size bed, plus air conditioning. It also has a cozy living room, with its own terrace that allows you to enjoy the breathtaking sea views. As for the social areas, within the common area, enjoy a colossal 3,000 m² swimming pool, tennis court, soccer, and basketball court. Very important and not to be left out, direct access to the beach, your beachfront paradise awaits you!

You will have access to all the space in the unit: bedrooms, bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a terrace overlooking the beach. In addition, you will have access to the common areas of the complex, which include a giant free-form swimming pool, tennis court, and a fantastic soccer field. Parking for two cars is also included.
