No se me hace justo la calificacion que doy de 4. La verdad estubo increible mi estancia. Fui con mi esposa para descansar de Lunes - Miercoles en epoca de vendimia. Sin embargo quiero recalcar unos detalles. Puntos buenos: Excelente ubicacion, teles con streeming, amable el personal, las instalaciones mas que excelentes, sobre todo el spa. Quede sorprendido del sonido del bar, bueno y claro sin embargo en el resto de la propiedad no se escuchaba nada. Increible detalles en amueblado. Olia increible el lugar. Sin embargo, quiero detallar algunas areas de oportunidad, no malas. El colchon de la cama lo esperaba mejor, las alhmoadas no fueron lo mejor. Pese que tienen un sistema de fumigacion increible y casi no habia insectos, aun asi me picaron bastantes los moscos. El personal cuenta con repelente. Los minisplit son viejos en las habitaciones por lo que son ruidosos. Refrigeradores en las habitaciones estilo frigobar ayudarian bastante. No hay servicio a habitaciones, ayudaria poder pedir bebidas ya que de lo contrario hay que bajar al bar. El gimnasio esta dentro del spa y este abren hasta las 9.00Am por lo que esta cerrado, en mi caso pedi a recepcion y muy amablementes me abrieron. Faltaban muchas cosas en el menu de alimentos. La hacienda esta hermosa, facil puede ser un museo con tantos articulos que hay. Creo que lo pudieran explotar poniendo algunas placas o un folleto en el cuarto contando algo de historia de la hacienda, me hubiera gustado conocer mas.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal amable, la comida en el restaurante no es muy buena, como que los meseros no se ponen de acuerdo con los chefs, nos dicen que el platillo viene con algo y lo traen diferente. Y al hacer el check out, nos dijeron que él Vite de basura estaba roto y nos lo querían cobrar cuando ya estaba así desde que llegamos, a la otra hay que checar bien antes porque te quieren encharcar el desperfecto.
